Make a Colorful Paper Flower Bouquet!
Looking for a creative way to celebrate Mother’s Day? Surprise your mom by making a beautiful DIY paper flower bouquet that you can color and assemble.
The printable coloring page has two sections: a bouquet of flowers and a front panel with hearts and the words “Happy Mother’s Day”. Once you’ve colored and assembled it, it will look like a lovely bouquet of flowers that you can give to your mom, grandmom, or any other special “mom” in your life.
To get started, simply print the coloring page and follow the instructions provided below.
This is a free downloadable pdf that fits on a 8.5 x 11 inch (letter size) sheet of paper.
Supplies
- A printed copy of the Mother’s Day coloring sheet.
- Your favorite coloring supplies such as colored pencils or markers. (If you use markers, check to see that they don’t leak through the back of the paper.)
- Scissors.
- Glue stick or regular glue.
How to assemble
1. Color
After printing out this coloring page, color in both the bouquet of flowers and the front panel that says “Happy Mother’s Day”. I used colored pencils for the flowers. I made the hearts on the front panel sparkly by coloring them with glitter gel pens.
2. Cut
Carefully cut out both the bouquet and the front panel by following the outlines.
3. Fold Tabs
Carefully fold back the tabs on the sides of the front panel.
4. Add Glue and Attach
Place glue on the tabs on the front panel. Then attach the front panel to the bouquet of flowers. Let dry.
